Sani Ismaila Muhammad was born on the 13th August 1976. He gratuated at Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto with a degree in Veterinary Medicine where he completed and registered as Veterinary Surgion in the year 2004. In view of his interest to pursue postgraduate education, he later enrolled into a Master degree programme in the field of Pharmacology (2006-2009). He later joined the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine U.D.U.S as an assistant lecturer with the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology, (2008). Subsequently, a journey for a PhD degree took him to Universiti Putra Malaysia one of the most prestigious research University in Malaysia where his PhD work was completed under the supervision of Prof. Maznah Ismail (June 2010 to February 2014 ). Sani is an author of several manuscripts published in highly reputable, ISI cited international journals including, Drug design, Development and Therapy, molecules, BMC complementary and alternative medicine, Clinical intervention in aging among others. He has also presented part of his work in local and international conferences such as PharmaNutrition conference organized by Elsevier Science at Singapore (2013). Sani remained an enthusiastic researcher and hope to open a new reseach niche looking at molecular and cellular mechanisms in selective estrogen recepceptor modulators, Nutragenomics and Endocrime Pharmacology. Sani is happily married and blessed with childrens.
