I have over 20 years of professional experience in research and development. Since 2004 I've been a member of 13 project teams carrying out research under grants eg. POIG, INNOMED, PBZ, IT, projects commissioned by domestic and foreign pharmaceutical companies, project of the European program ERA-NET-PRIOMEDCHILD. I was also the deputy director of the Training Committee of the European H2020-MSCA-RISE-2017 project and MSCA fellow. I'm co-author of 34 publications, 7 patents, 8 patent applications and 22 team awards.
I graduated from Chemistry Faculty at University of Warsaw (M.Sc.), Poland. In 2000 I defended my doctoral thesis at the Chemistry Faculty of University of Warsaw (Ph.D.). In January 2018 I received a postdoctoral degree in Pharmaceutical Science (habilitation) at Faculty of Pharmacy with the Laboratory Medicine Division, Medical University of Warsaw, Poland. I also completed post-graduate studies of “Research Project Management and Commercialization of Research Results” at Kozminski University in Warsaw. After graduation I obtained a 'Level-D' Project Managment Associate certificate No.48/2013, with extension to research projects No.18/2016/RD, awarded as part of the International Project Management Association (IPMA).
My main qualifications relate to:
• Knowledge about project management in terms of technical, behavioral and contextual competences
• Experience in planning of research and development work
• Experience in establishing cooperation and negotiating R&D contracts
• Experience in conducting trainings/lectures and public presentations
• Experience in preparing and reviewing R&D project applications, scientific papers, technological reports and registration dossier
• Experience in developing technical specifications and procedures in applied science and pharmaceutical technology
• Ability to develop and apply qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Thorough knowledge and experience in working with the capillary electrophoresis techniques, thermal analysis techniques, X-ray powder diffraction, laser diffraction and microscopic analysis, methods of classical chemical and instrumental analysis.
My strengths are: teamwork skills, interpersonal and communication skills, punctuality, capacity to organize and manage work, openness to knowledge and gaining new experience, the ability to cope with demanding tasks, focus on achieving goals, strong sense of responsibility.
My non-professional interest includes social psychology, reading modern fiction, practice “body&mind” exercises.
