I am focusing on the pathogenesis of ischemic heart disease/ischemic cerebrovascular disease and their prevention and control as the research direction, based on which to conduct studies on effects of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), natural products, and active ingredients against ischemic cerebro- and cardiovascular injury. The integrated methods and technologies are applied, including experimental animal model, cellular and molecular biology, network pharmacology, molecular docking, et al. My studies are especially focused on myocardial energy metabolism network and blood brain barrier function and structural integrity regulation, based on which to carry out innovative research. I am skilled in cardiovascular system-associated experimental animal, cellular and molecular biology techniques, such as the modelling of rat myocardial ischemia, rat cerebral ischemia, and other experimental animal disease models. I have rich practical experience in the field of research, including TCM mechanism investigations (Radix Astragali, Salvia miltiorrhiza), bioinformatics technology research on pharmacology of TCM, and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular ischemia injury research, etc. My interested area: 1.Prevention and treatment of ischemic heart, cerebrovascular diseases and their comorbidities; 2.Research on network pharmacological methods and technologies and their applications (disease analysis, drug mechanism exploration, new use of old drugs (drug repositioning), etc.); 3.Research on novel coronavirus pneumonia and its prevention and treatment.
