Since opening a 1,200 sqm production and laboratory facility in 2017, piCHEM has manufactured peptides in line with ICH guidelines at facilities inspected and approved by national authorities and the US FDA. Its contract manufacturing team supports drug development through all clinical trial phases, producing GMP APIs from milligram to several-hundred-gram scale using techniques from conventional solution-phase synthesis to solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS), with reversed-phase and ion-exchange chromatography applied as standard purification methods.
