シリアル化対応能力: BPOモジュールはバーコード、2Dコード、Pharmacode、バッチデータ、ロゴ、アートワークを読み取り検証し、多言語対応のバッチ詳細読み取りを行う。
規制認証: 10ミクロンまでのピンホール検出精度と厳格な未充填・欠陥検査により、医薬品包装の品質とトレーサビリティ規制への適合を支援する。

This inspection suite combines three systems: the Pinhole Detection System (PHD), which identifies and rejects pinholes, pores, fissures and fractures in aluminium blister foil (Alu-PVC and Alu-Alu) on any blistering line; the Blister Inspection System (BIS), which closely examines tablets, hard and soft capsules, vials, ampoules and syringes during packaging, including no-fill detection; and BPO (Barcode, Pharmacode, OCR Reader), which reads and verifies barcodes, 2D codes, Pharmacode, batch data, logos and artwork on cartons and labels.
