Sterinox Systems offer service "Pure Steam Generator"

STERINOX's Pure Steam Generator produces pyrogen- and endotoxin-free sterile steam using a falling-film evaporator and proprietary separation technology: feed water is pumped continuously to the top of the heat exchanger, heated by plant steam, and the vaporized fraction rises through spiral guides that induce a centrifugal action to strip out microscopic droplets carrying impurities or pyrogens, which are then removed as blowdown. The resulting pure steam is used for sterilizing storage tanks, fermenters, reactors, pipelines, and autoclaves, as well as for humidifying sterile areas, with an efficient column design that helps cut energy and utility costs.
