Legacy Pharmaceuticals specializes in sterile fill/finish for liquid and powder drug products in vials as well as liquid products in ampoules, handling small molecules, biologics, and highly potent or controlled substances, and is also equipped for thermal terminal sterilization. Secondary packaging options range from fully automated equipment through customer-specific manual packaging. Capabilities include liquid ampoule filling from 1 to 10 mL (up to 60 million ampoules), liquid vial filling from 2 to 50 mL (up to 20 million vials), bulk freeze-drying (390 kg ice capacity per batch across 18 m2 of floor space), aseptic powder filling in vials (up to 20 million vials), and lyophilization in vials and prefilled syringes, a capability currently being expanded.
