This fully integrated vial processing line covers vertical rotary vial washing, a sterilizing and depyrogenating tunnel, liquid vial filling and bunging with statistical or 100% in-process check-weighing under isolator, isolator-enclosed transfer conveyors, automatic lyophilizer loading/unloading under isolator, isolator-protected vial cap sealing, and an isolator-equipped external vial washer. The isolator itself runs under positive pressure for aseptic handling of OEB5-class products, built with a rigid SS316L wall construction and RTP/LTP transfer ports, with monitored and controlled pressure, temperature, and relative humidity. Air handling is provided by a dedicated AHU for supply and exhaust with recirculation, exhaust air passes through a bag-in/bag-out (BIBO) unit with safe-change double HEPA filtration, and the system includes a WIP spray gun and automatic leak testing.
