Job Description
岗位职责：
在总经理的领导下统管研发部门的项目进展、研发进程、技术指导及攻关、人员管理、考核实施、效果评价、成本控制、安全环保等工作，并协同相关部门根据国内外市场变化对公司的研发方向、技术革新及产品提出合理化建议。
核心能力要求：
1、专业的研发能力，能指导并解决研发人员研发过程中出现的问题；
2、广阔的专业视野，能及时掌握国内外医药行业前沿科技及成果，研究将其转化为公司实际产品的可能性，给公司决策提供意见建议；
3、良好的管理能力，能够多维度管理整个研发团队，提升团队整体专业水平及凝聚力向心力；
4、优秀的考核评价能力，能够有效组织研发团队考核，建立适合公司发展模式能够对研发人员有效激励的绩效考核模式并有效推动落地。
其他要求：
1、博士以上学历；
2、海外留学背景或海外大型药企工作经验；
3、10年以上团队管理经验；
