Job Description
1. 熟悉IVD行业发展趋势、质控品标准和检测技术,具备临床检验相关知识；
2. 掌握质控品的功能、特性及其在IVD测试中的应用；
3. 负责公司产品或服务的市场推广与客户开发；
4. 制定质控品的市场营销策略,选择合适的推广渠道,组织线上线下活动；
5. 完成销售目标，维护客户关系，提升客户满意度；
6. 与潜在客户进行沟通，了解客户需求并提供专业解决方案。
任职要求：
1. 具有检验工作背景或检验专业的优先考虑；
2. 具有IVD产品销售经验的优先考虑；
3. 具备良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识；
4. 对销售工作有热情，愿意接受挑战并具备较强的学习能力；
5. 具备团队合作精神，能适应一定的工作压力。
