Job Description
岗位职责：
1. 市场开发与维护
- 负责西南区域维生素饲料添加剂产品的客户开发（养殖企业、饲料厂、经销商等），完成销售目标；
- 维护现有客户关系，提供技术支持和售后服务，提升客户满意度及复购率。
2. 市场调研与分析
- 收集行业动态、竞品信息及客户需求，反馈市场趋势，协助制定销售策略；
- 定期提交销售报告及市场分析数据。
3. 团队协作与成长
- 配合技术团队开展产品推广会、技术培训等活动；
任职要求：
1、年龄25-35岁，大专及以上学历，畜牧兽医、动物科学、市场营销等相关专业优先；
2、沟通能力强，能快速理解客户需求并提供解决方案；
3、具备团队协作精神，有带教或项目管理经验者优先，未来可向管理岗位培养。
