Job Description
【工作内容】
1、负责有机合成路线的设计与优化，完成小试至中试规模的工艺放大实验；
2、主导关键反应条件的筛选与参数控制，确保产物收率、纯度及杂质谱符合标准；
3、编制并完善标准操作规程（SOP），整理实验数据，撰写高质量工艺研究报告；
4、协同分析部门解决生产过程中的技术难题，协助进行三废处理方案的制定与实施；
5、跟踪行业前沿合成技术，评估新技术在现有产品线中的应用潜力。
【任职要求】
1、硕士及以上学历，化学、药学或相关专业背景，具备扎实的有机合成理论基础；
2、熟悉常用有机反应机理，熟练掌握柱层析、重结晶等分离纯化技术及仪器操作；
3、拥有制药或精细化工企业研发经验，有GMP车间项目经历者优先考虑；
4、具备优秀的文献检索能力与数据分析能力，能独立撰写英文技术文档；
5、工作严谨细致，责任心强，具备良好的团队协作精神及抗压能力。
