Job Description
【工作内容】
1、全面负责前处理提取车间的生产计划制定与日常调度，确保提取工序按GMP规范高效运行；
2、主导车间工艺参数优化与质量控制，监督投料、煎煮、浓缩等关键环节，保障产品收率与纯度达标；
3、组织设备维护保养与现场管理，落实安全生产责任制，杜绝跑冒滴漏及安全事故发生；
4、协调生产、质检及设备部门解决技术难题，审核批生产记录，确保数据真实完整可追溯；
5、负责车间团队建设与人员培训，提升员工操作技能，优化排班以达成月度产量与成本指标。
【任职要求】
1、制药工程、生物工程或化学相关专业本科及以上学历，具备5年以上中药/生物制药前处理经验；
2、精通提取工艺流程及GMP法规要求，熟悉相关设备原理，能独立处理生产异常与技术问题；
3、具备优秀的团队管理能力与沟通协调能力，有大型制药企业车间主任任职经历者优先；
4、责任心强，原则性强，具备良好的数据分析能力，能适应高强度工作节奏；
5、持有执业药师证或相关职业资格证书者，在同等条件下优先录用。
