Job Description
岗位职责
1.负责单细胞转录组 / 多组学全流程实验研发、样本解离、文库构建、平台优化与 SOP 标准化；
2.解决细胞捕获、扩增、建库各类技术问题，完成 QC 体系搭建；
3.调研前沿单细胞技术，配合产品落地、撰写专利与技术文档；
4.对接生信、市场、生产部门，支撑科研项目与售前技术支持。
岗位要求
1.生物相关专业硕士及以上，2 年以上单细胞测序实操研发经验；
2.熟练 10x Genomics ，华大等单细胞平台，精通分子、细胞全套基础实验；
3.能独立设计研发实验，阅读英文文献，具备故障排查能力；
4.有多组学、专利论文、临床转化经验优先。
