Job Description
岗位职责：
1、熟悉公司模式、产品及销售政策，根据任务指标梳理区域市场目标客户；
2、负责所辖区域目标新客户开发、老客户挖潜，实现公司产品导入及销售增量；
3、掌握公司产品政策，关注合作客户纯销及库存情况，适时开展相应动销活动，确保销售良性循环；
4、服从公司各项管理制度、执行上级领导各项工作安排，确保各项开发及销售指标达成。
任职要求：
1、1年以上OTC售工作经验，热爱销售、性格活跃、能接受出差，具备较强的沟通及客户开发能力；
2、熟悉OTC控销渠道及当地中小连锁客户资源，具有医药销售、药店店长或片区经理工作经验者优先。
薪资待遇：
1、底薪+绩效+提成+奖金，综合收入8-15k/月；
2、出差期间差旅费、住宿费及出差补贴按标准核销；
3、五险、节日福利、团建旅游、培训学习、岗位晋升。
