We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Recruiter to source and recruit candidates in the clinical research field. This role acts as a talent advisor to provide strategic oversight to his/her assigned business units around PPD’s recruitment process, onboarding and employment brand. The successful candidate will be able to leverage consultative skills to help a growing business continue to meet and exceed expectations. Responsibilities include: Sources, recruits, screens resume, and interviews candidates for vacant positions. Supports the recruitment process for internal candidates and low-level roles. Monitors niche job boards, career postings and internet employment resources, and conducts cold calling, networking and employee referrals. Administers new hire procedures including background checking process, developing a compensation package and extending offers to selected candidates. Assists colleagues at job fair events. Helps various departments with advertising and learns new and innovative ways to source candidates. Maintains records of activity via the talent applicant system and tracks applicants. Builds rapport and relationship with internal clients. May assist department in sourcing and support functions as necessary. Develops understanding of industry trends. 职位要求： Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 1 to 2 years). Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: High level of proficiency in the areas of sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing Detailed knowledge of CRO industry(FSP, CRA,Biostatistics & Programming.etc) with a strong ability to assess candidates' fit within the industry (preferred) Demonstrated ability to apply comprehensive knowledge, rational thought process, judgment and a corporate perspective when focusing staffing and selections strategies on business issues Strong level of skill in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation of data Ability to work with ambiguity and complexity Strong analytical and quantitative abilities Ability to juggle multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results Good written and oral communications skills Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and outside vendors, with skills to function as an effective and respected partner to internal clients Working Environment: PPD values the health and well being of our employees.
