American non-profit centre at Horsham in Pennsylvania, the research and education arm of the Fredric Rieders Family Foundation alongside NMS Labs. Runs forensic toxicology and chemistry research with its own laboratories, operates the NPS Discovery programme that identifies and reports new psychoactive substances and novel opioids in seized drugs and toxicology casework, publishes public health alerts and trend reports, and teaches a master's programme and continuing education for forensic scientists.
