Holybrook Primary Care Network

British primary care network in south Reading, Berkshire, made up of three general practices within the NHS Berkshire West integrated care board area. It employs the shared additional roles funded for primary care networks, including clinical pharmacists, social prescribers, paramedics, physician associates and advanced clinical practitioners, runs a staff training programme with one member practice known for its teaching, and provides employee assistance through its human resources partner.
