Spanish pharmaceutical company in Barcelona, founded in 1949 and family owned, which makes and sells prescription medicines and consumer health products. Its prescription business covers cardiovascular, neurology and central nervous system, respiratory and gastrointestinal products, and it is widely known in Spain for oral care under the Lacer brand and for dermatology and consumer health lines, running its own plants in Catalonia together with research and development and exports to other markets.
