Nemera

Nemera is a France-based drug delivery device manufacturer and service provider headquartered in Altkirch, Alsace, offering CMO and CDMO contract manufacturing to customers across North America, Latin America, Western and Eastern Europe, Asia and Africa. The company traces its roots to Rexam's acquisition of Risdon Pharma in 2003 and the formation of Rexam Healthcare in 2009; it became Nemera under private-equity ownership when Montagu acquired the business in 2015 and focused it entirely on pharmaceutical devices after divesting its Centor unit, with Montagu and Astorg sharing ownership from 2019. Subsequent acquisitions of Copernicus in 2020 and Milfra in 2021 expanded its parenteral product portfolio and established an operational footprint in Brazil and Latin America. Nemera positions itself on brand strength, international approvals, an experienced R&D staff, delivery reliability, production capacity, a large product line and contract manufacturing (CRO/CMO) capability, accepting both buyer-specified requirements and small orders.
