Egyptian private university in Alexandria, established in 2006 and licensed by the Ministry of Higher Education, named after the ancient lighthouse of Alexandria. Runs faculties of pharmacy and drug manufacturing, dentistry, medicine, applied health sciences, engineering, allied medical sciences, financial and administrative sciences, arts and design, tourism and legal studies, and its Faculty of Pharmacy and Drug Manufacturing teaches the pharmacy degree with laboratories in pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacognosy, microbiology and pharmacology.
