Port Said University

Egyptian public university at Port Said on the Mediterranean coast at the northern end of the Suez Canal, which grew out of the Port Said branches of Suez Canal University and became independent in 2010. Teaches through faculties of medicine, pharmacy, nursing, science with chemistry and biology, engineering, commerce, law and education, runs its own university hospital and teaching laboratories, and carries out research in pharmaceutical, biomedical and marine sciences.
