Turkish public university in Konya, founded in 1975 and one of the largest in the country. Its Faculty of Pharmacy teaches the pharmacy degree with departments of pharmaceutical technology, analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacognosy, pharmacology and clinical pharmacy, and the university also runs faculties of medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, science and agriculture with its own medical faculty hospital, and carries out research in medicinal plants, drug analysis and pharmacology.
