St Thomas Hospital

British teaching hospital on the south bank of the Thames at Lambeth in London, opposite the Houses of Parliament, whose foundation dates to the twelfth century and which forms part of Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust with Guy's Hospital and the Evelina London children's hospital. Provides emergency and acute care, a major trauma centre, cardiology and cardiac surgery, renal medicine and transplantation, obstetrics and maternity and specialist services, runs large hospital and aseptic pharmacy manufacturing and clinical trials pharmacy services, and hosts the King's Health Partners academic health science centre and NIHR biomedical research centre with King's College London.
