Taiwanese non profit research institute at Tucheng in New Taipei, founded in 1959 to serve the textile industry. Carries out research on fibres, yarns, fabrics and finishing, functional and technical textiles including medical textiles, wound dressings and antimicrobial fabrics, runs accredited testing and certification laboratories for textile products and provides technical services and training to Taiwanese manufacturers.
