The Technical University of Kenya

Kenyan public university in Nairobi, created in 2013 out of the Kenya Polytechnic, whose technical teaching in the city goes back to 1961. Teaches through faculties including applied sciences and technology with departments of chemical science and technology, biotechnology and biochemistry, medical laboratory sciences and nursing, alongside engineering, social sciences and business, and runs laboratories and technician and technologist training that supply the country's laboratories and health services.
