Université de Toulouse

French university grouping in Toulouse, Occitanie, which brings together the universities and higher education institutions of the city, whose teaching goes back to the university founded there in 1229. Its member institutions include Université Toulouse III Paul Sabatier with the faculties of pharmacy and medicine, Toulouse INP with its engineering schools and other universities and schools, and the grouping coordinates doctoral schools, research policy, international relations and shared services across a research base covering medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, cancer research at the Toulouse oncopole and agri-food and process science.
