Université Paris-Ouest

French public university at Nanterre west of Paris, founded in 1964 and known as Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense until 2017. Teaches law, economics, management, social sciences, languages and the humanities together with sport science and some science and technology courses, runs research centres in law and economics that cover health law and health economics and works with the businesses of the La Défense district.
