직무 설명
工作职责：
1、负责区域市场的招商工作，负责代理商的招募、洽谈、合同签订、代理商服务、学术培训等工作。
2、负责本省销售工作计划的制定，及本省任务的分解，协助配合代理商完成市场任务。
3、负责本省商业直接开发、合作。
4、负责公司产品全省的招标挂网，广告备案等事务工作。
职位要求：
1、医学、药学等相关专业毕业；
2、有医院市场销售经验，熟悉掌握药品销售的方式与流程，具备本省代理商资源与网络。
3、有良好的服从性，能吃苦耐劳，品行端正，具备良好的职业道德。
4、有较强沟通能力、合同谈判能力。
5、有RCT/RWS等真实世界研究项目经历优先 。
