Was originally Henan Zhulin Zhongsheng Pharmaceutical, floated 35 million public shares on 13 August 1999 and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on 5 November 1999 under code 600222 as the first listed pharmaceutical company in Henan, taking its present name on 24 March 2006. Works across three core segments of drug formulations, Chinese medicine decoction pieces and pharmaceutical research services, with main products including the Shuanghuanglian oral liquid range, Shuangjinlian mixture, children's Qingre Zhike oral liquid, children's antipyretic oral liquid, Huoxiang Zhengqi mixture, honeysuckle distillate, danshen oral liquid and Shengmai drink. Was listed among the 2023 top hundred Chinese patent medicine manufacturers by the China Association of Chinese Medicine.
