Esther holds a Senior Clinical Engineering Manager position and is also the acting Equipment Manager at the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital, Ghana. Her specialty includes academic and professional training in the design of advanced and novel medical devices and equipment, instrumentation, installation and troubleshooting of hospital equipment. As an add-on, she employs molecular docking, pharmacological and bioinformatics techniques and tools to understand the binding mechanisms of different drug candidates to identify drug targets and discover new therapeutic agents.
