I am a bioinformatics researcher with a strong interest in integrating artificial intelligence, systems biology, and multi-omics data analysis to advance drug discovery and precision medicine. A recent MSc Bioinformatics graduate from St Aloysius Institute of Management and Information Technology, I have contributed to several research projects involving transcriptomics, alternative splicing, biomarker discovery drug discovery, and AI-driven drug design. My academic journey includes internships and fellowships at leading institutions such as IIIT-Delhi, University of Hyderabad, and CIODS, where I worked on computational modeling, machine learning-based QSAR, mmPPI prediction, and transcriptome analysis. I have co-authored multiple peer-reviewed publications in Molecular Diversity, Molecules, and Journal of Biomolecular Structure and Dynamics, along with academic book chapters in the areas of microbiome analysis, metabolic disease, NGS data analysis, cheminformatics, and network pharmacology. My research interests lie at the intersection of bioinformatics, data science, and translational biology, with a vision to build scalable and interpretable models that can support personalized medicine and therapeutic discovery.
