Md Nur Alam is a researcher in the field of molecular toxicology with a passion for investigating the effects of environmental chemicals on biological systems. Alam has strong academic background in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and PhD in Molecular Toxicology from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, China where his research focused on elucidating the role of environmental chemicals-induced epigenetic changes in male reproductive health, which uncovered the crosstalk between environment and epigenome. Additionally, he conducted his postdoctoral study on molecular toxicology from Baylor University, Texas, USA. Alam published 11 scientific articles so far. His interest encompasses molecular toxicology, reproductive toxicology and epigenetics. Alam is passionate to advance toxicology research by revealing toxicological mechanisms of environmental contaminants, which would be good reference work for translational research such drug development for environmental diseases, thus make contribution in protecting human health.
