Engr. Muhammad Noman is an accomplished Biomedical Engineer with a strong foundation in both academia and professional practice, holding a Washington Accord accreditation. He holds an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore. Previously, He completed his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the same institution. His professional experience spans government, clinical simulation, and industry roles. Engr. Noman currently serves as the Secretary for the Cutlery & Surgical Instruments Council under the Trade Development Authority, Ministry of Commerce, The Government of Pakistan.
