I am passionate about bridging science, strategy, and society through innovation in drug discovery. My expertise lies in DMPK, toxicology, in vivo pharmacology, and drug delivery systems (DDS), supported by about two decades of experience in translational research aimed at accelerating drug discovery and development. Recently, I have expanded my focus to Management of Technology (MOT), innovation strategy, and the societal impact of next-generation therapeutic modalities, particularly proximity-inducing therapeutics and advanced drug delivery technologies. I believe that scientific breakthroughs create their greatest value only when translated into practical medicines that improve patient access and healthcare sustainability. My experience in DMPK has shaped a broader perspective: from understanding drug distribution within the body to considering how therapeutic innovations can be effectively distributed throughout healthcare systems and society. I am also committed to advancing the next generation of scientists through education, technical advising, and collaborative research. By integrating scientific excellence with strategic thinking, I aim to contribute not only to drug discovery but also to the broader innovation ecosystem that enables innovative therapies to reach patients more efficiently. I believe that the ultimate goal of drug discovery is not to advance a specific modality, but to deliver effective and accessible medicines to as many patients as possible.
