Mrs. S. Rameswari is an academician and researcher in the field of Pharmaceutics, currently serving as Associate Professor at Tagore College of Pharmacy, Rathinamangalam, Chennai, India. She completed her Bachelor of Pharmacy and Master of Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics) from Arulmigu Kalasalingam College of Pharmacy under The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, securing top academic distinctions. She is presently pursuing her Ph.D. at Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences, Chennai. With over 15 years of professional experience spanning academia, pharmaceutical industry, and medical underwriting, she has developed interdisciplinary expertise in drug formulation, risk assessment, and regulatory practices. Her industrial exposure includes training and work in quality control, production, packaging, and research & development. Her research contributions include publications in peer-reviewed journals such as European Chemical Bulletin and the Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical and Clinical Research, as well as book chapters in pharmaceutical sciences. Her work covers areas including formulation of sublingual drug delivery systems, molecular docking studies of cholinesterase inhibitors, antibiotic resistance, and advancements in COVID-19 vaccines. She also holds a patent application related to therapeutic combinations for neurological disorders. In addition to teaching core pharmacy subjects, she has served in key academic roles such as IQAC Coordinator, Examination Coordinator, and Laboratory In-Charge.
