I am currently serving as an associate professor and principal investigator at the School of Pharmacy, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. My Ph.D. was obtained from the National Center for Nanoscience and Technology, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, under the guidance of Professor Xing-Jie Liang. Subsequently, I embarked on a 5-year postdoctoral career at Washington University in St. Louis and the University of California (Davis), respectively. The research focus of my laboratory encompasses three main areas: 1) Development of intelligent small-molecule nanomedicine for targeted cancer therapy; 2) Design and optimization of tunable MRI contrast agents along with advanced imaging techniques for precise diagnosis; 3) Investigation into immunoregulation and immunotherapy strategies for treating advanced metastatic cancers.
