Calcium glycerophosphate

Calcium Glycerophosphate, manufactured directly by Jiangsu Weizhisheng Food Technology Co., Ltd., is a white, odorless, slightly bitter crystalline powder that is sparingly soluble in water and decomposes above 170°C. Its combined calcium-phosphorus content, good biocompatibility, and mild taste make it suited to use as a calcium fortifier and stabilizer in infant food, bread, and health food, as an anti-caries additive in toothpaste and chewing gum, and as a nerve tonic in postoperative recovery, with distribution across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
