This combined drying production line, sold under the Yangzhou Rifa brand, pairs constant-speed and speed-reduction drying stages to reuse the exhaust heat from the reduction phase, cutting energy consumption by an estimated 25-75% compared to single-stage air-flow or fluidized bed drying methods. It is designed to replace single-stage drying for products such as starch, monosodium glutamate, and amino acids including lysine, threonine, arginine, and valine, combining stages such as vibrating fluidized bed and air-flow (flash) drying, with an optional inline granulator.
