Nanoparticle Quillaja Adjuvant is a filamentous nano-saponin vaccine adjuvant formed by molecular self-assembly into worm-like nanofibers (15-30 nm in diameter, up to hundreds of nanometers long) from total Quillaja saponaria saponins, designed to combine rapid nanoparticle drainage with a local depot effect for sustained, high-level humoral immune responses.
