The Organoid Transparency Reagent and Three-Dimensional Tissue Staining Reagent were developed by the University of Tokyo and RIKEN to visualize the detailed three-dimensional structure of organs and whole bodies at high resolution for basic drug discovery and non-clinical research. Unlike traditional 2D slice-based observation, these reagents allow tissue to be viewed three-dimensionally at cellular-level resolution, and rank among the safest and easiest-to-use reagent kits available worldwide, with strong potential to improve the efficiency of drug discovery research.
