QICPIC is a modular image-analysis sensor combining particle size and shape analysis for disperse particle systems ranging from 1 µm to 34,000 µm. A wide range of dispersing and dosing units allows flexible adaptation for powders, granules, fibres, suspensions and emulsions. Since collective product properties such as flow behavior, tabletability, adhesion and abrasion relate directly to individual particle shape, QICPIC's algorithms deliver quantitative, statistically robust particle property distributions quickly, alongside a particle gallery for qualitative visual review.
