The Semi-Auto Capsule Filler Machine, model CGN208-D, is manufactured directly by Shanghai Pharmoon Co., Ltd. as an upgrade to the earlier DTJ-C design, offering more intuitive operation and higher loading efficiency in capsule dropping, U-turning, and vacuum separation. Its column-based pill-positioning design cuts mould changeover time from around 30 minutes down to 5-8 minutes. The machine is sold across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
