Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions manufactures the FlexFeed 15/20 semi-automatic filling systems directly, rotary vial and bottle handling units designed to work with Flexicon peristaltic fillers. The FlexFeed15 handles bottles from about 12mm to 48mm in diameter at up to 2,000 fills per hour in volumes from 0.1ml to roughly 100ml, while the FlexFeed20 extends to 78mm-diameter containers, fill volumes above 500ml, and tool-free setup in under two minutes via an icon-based HMI, making both suited to laminar airflow and bio-safety cabinet use. They are sold across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
