FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH ADMINISTRATION

Dr. Abeer Hussin Eid Almasoudi is a seasoned pharmacist and healthcare leader currently serving as the Head of Institutional Excellence at the Ministry of Health – Tabuk Health Branch since 2024. With a strong background in clinical pharmacy and organizational excellence, she plays a pivotal role in driving governance, performance improvement, and institutional development across the region. Dr. Almasoudi is the founder and former Head of the Research and Studies Administration in Tabuk Health (2017–2023), where she led the establishment of a structured research ecosystem and supervised strategic research initiatives, including the successful completion of the Ministry of Health’s priority-setting research project. She has also held several influential leadership roles, including Co-Chair of the Local Institutional Review Board (IRB), Chair of the Scientific Committee, and leader of research facilitation initiatives. Her professional contributions extend to national-level participation, representing Tabuk in central committees such as Antibiotics and Drug Evaluation, contributing to the development and revision of Ministry guidelines and applications. She has also been actively involved in preparing healthcare facilities for accreditation (CBAHI) and training healthcare professionals on quality standards and implementation.
