Dr. Daisy Arora Khurana Professor and Academic Coordinator, Department of Pharmacy, Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology, Panipat Secretary, Society of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (SPER) Haryana Branch- Women Forum. • Dr. Daisy Arora has passed her M. Pharmacy with specialization in Pharmaceutics from IK Gujral PTU in 2009, where she stood first in order of merit and got the gold medal from the Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar (Punjab). • She has done her Doctoral research work in the field of “QbD and DoE based development of cosmeceuticals” at Nanomedicine Research Center, ISF College of Pharmacy, Moga and Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. • She has a vivid incline towards computer-aided optimization and the development of drug delivery systems. Her basic research areas are topical drug delivery systems, vesicular systems, design of experiments and QbD, nano cosmeceuticals, etc. • She has also participated and presented her research work at various national and international conferences. • She has also delivered a number of talks and guest lectures at various Faculty Development Programs as well as conferences. • She has attended many international conferences in India and abroad. She attended an international conference at the National University of Singapore on Drug Delivery Systems and got the Best Poster Award among 200 overseas participants. • She has also got various other prestigious awards like Budding Nanotechnologist Award at 4th Winter School on Nanotechnology in Advanced Drug Delivery held at NIPER, Punjab (India), Travel grant awards for international conferences. • She has published a number of reviews and research articles of National and International repute. • She has successfully organized a number of FDPs, International conferences and workshops as coordinating head. • She is also a peer team member of the IQAC, NAAC, NIRF, NBA committee of the institute.
