Associate Professor

Dr. Ramalingam Peraman was awarded Ph.D. degree in Pharmaceutical sciences, from Andhra University, India. Currently at National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Hajipur, Bihar, India. He received 3 research grants from AICTE, DST-SERB, BIRAC-GYTI with worth of 65 lakhs. He has published more than 120 papers in indexed journals, presented more than 40 papers in conferences across globe in the area of medicinal chemistry and analytical method. He guided 3 Ph.D scholars and 32 PG scholars in Pharmaceutical research, authored 2 books and an inventor of one patent. Since 2008 he is doing research synthetic and semi-synthetic drugs for resistant anti-tubercular drugs, Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and also on AQbD and Stability studies. He is an awardee of Best Teacher Award by IPA (Anantapur Branch) and GYTI Appreciation award 2016. He is a member Board of Studies (Pharmacy) for JNT University Anantapur, President - IPA-Local branch (Anantapur). He served as invited resource person and visiting faculty for many conferences and Universities.
