PROFESSOR

He has been working as a faculty of chemistry in postgraduate level of teaching since 1997. He has nearly two and half decades of teaching experience and one and half decades of research experience. He completed M.Sc. Chemistry, physical chemistry as specialization in 1996 from Andhra University Visakhapatnam. He was awarded M.Phil., and Ph.D. degrees from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur under the esteemed guidance of Prof.C.RAMBABU. He has published 57 research papers in various National and International peer reviewed journals. He attended for several National/International seminars, conferences, workshops throughout India. He delivered guest lectures for PG and UG level of teaching. He has been teaching General Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Separation Methods, Organic Spectroscopy, Instrumental methods of Analysis. At present he has been working as professor of chemistry in Sir C R Reddy College-Autonomous, Eluru and also extended his services as Head of the Department and Co-coordinator for IQAC. He is interested in research areas like study of molecular interactions and calculating physical properties by measuring ultrasonic sound velocity, density and viscosity of binary/ternary liquid mixtures of various mole fractions at various temperatures. He also did assay and degradation study of drug molecules in API and formulations by adopting UV-Vis spectrophotometric, UPLC, HPLC, GC, FTIR techniques by developing and validating the methods.
