Rasha Samir Ibrahim Farag was graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Mansoura University in Egypt with a bachelor’s degree of pharmaceutical science (2006), diploma in hospital and clinical pharmacy (2011), and completed three professional diplomas in hospital management, total quality management, and infection control from Ain Shams University, through years of 2016 to 2018. Upon graduation, she has over a decade of working experience in the setting of community pharmacy and hospital pharmacy. She established a drug information center in the Damietta General Hospital in 2012 and led a clinical pharmacy unit in 2015. By the end of 2015, she was entitled as a clinical pharmacy fellowship preceptor and got promoted from the position of drug and therapeutic committee member to the committee secretary. As of today, she works as a clinical pharmacy inspector and researcher at Damietta Directorate for Health Affairs, and clinical research coordinator at Egyptian Fellowship. She is a candidate of Master of Medical Sciences in Clinical Investigations candidate, Harvard Medical School. She serves as a board member in multiple pharmacy and drug development institutions in Egypt, including Egyptian Drug Information Center (EDIC) Regional Team, Damietta Central Drug and Therapeutics Committee, the Horus Faculty of Pharmacy Council, the Community Services Committee member at Faculty of Pharmacy Delta University, and clinical pharmacy committee secretary at Damietta Pharmacist Syndicate. She accomplished the training of the Introduction to the Principles and Practice of Clinical Research 2019-2020 by NIH Office of Clinical Research, Egypt- Clinical Scholars Research Training (E-CSRT) program offered by Harvard Medical School on 2021, and some clinical research programs offered by Elsevier Research Academy, Nature Research Academics in collaboration with EKB, Research support center of Helwan University, and Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative in Principles and Practice of Clinical Research, Good Clinical Practice, Literature discovery and mapping research landscape, Clinical research methodology, Effective academic writing, Logical manuscript structure, Writing without plagiarism and proper citations using Mendely, Successful Pre-submission and Post-submission Publishing strategies, and Selecting a journal for Publishing and publishing models.
