Blue Chromstar® Affinity Chromatography Resins

Blue Chromstar® FF/HP Affinity Chromatography Resins are made by covalently coupling the dye Cibacron Blue to a highly cross-linked agarose matrix via a triazine linkage, enabling binding to a range of proteins including albumin, lipoproteins, interferon and coagulation factors, as well as enzymes requiring adenosine-containing cofactors such as NAD+. They are used primarily to purify albumin, interferon, nucleotide-dependent enzymes, alpha-2-macroglobulin and related proteins, with the finer-particle HP grade offering higher resolution than the FF grade. Manufactured directly by Bio-Link Biological Applied Technologies (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. to pharmaceutical grade under USP reference, the resins are distributed globally.
